Why I Love Helping Families to Get Their Little Ones to Sleep Through the Night

When I became a parent, I quickly realised how deeply sleep (or the lack of it!) shapes everything about our days, our moods, and even our confidence as mothers and fathers. Like so many new parents, I faced those long nights, endless rocking, and desperate Google searches for answers. But at around 12 weeks, I was able to help my little one sleep through the night—and that changed everything.
Suddenly, motherhood felt lighter, brighter, and more joyful. With decent sleep under my belt, I found that I could face the challenges of the day with more patience, calm, and confidence. Later, when I nap trained my baby at around 5 months, our days became even more predictable and peaceful. Those small shifts in sleep gave me back precious energy and helped me truly enjoy motherhood on a whole new level.
That experience lit a fire in me. I realised how powerful sleep is—not just for babies, but for the whole family. When your little one sleeps well, everyone sleeps well, and suddenly the household feels more peaceful, connected, and happy.
I know firsthand how tough it is when sleep feels impossible. The exhaustion, the uncertainty, the feeling of being lost and not knowing where to turn—it can feel overwhelming. That’s why I approach every family with empathy and understanding. Sometimes, all it takes is a few small adjustments to make a world of difference.
For families who want guidance on wake windows, naps, and daily structure, I created “Your Complete Routine Guide for Infant Naps.” It’s designed to give you a clear, gentle roadmap to support your little one’s rest.
And for those needing more personalised support, I offer sleep support packages:
Set Up Support Package – A fully personalised sleep plan tailored to your little one and family’s needs, which you can implement at your own pace, on your own terms.
Full Consultation Package – Includes everything in the Set Up Support Package, but with the added benefit of ongoing 1:1 support throughout the process, so you never feel alone on the journey.
Helping families find rest isn’t just about sleep—it’s about giving parents the chance to feel like themselves again, to enjoy their days, and to rediscover the joy of parenthood. That’s why I love doing this work, and I can’t wait to help more families find the rest they deserve.
